REGENSBURG & NUREMBERG
Germany
Two Cities, Two Thousand Years of History
What if you could travel through almost 2,000 years of German history in a single day?
Begin beside the Danube in beautiful Regensburg, then continue to Nuremberg, where medieval beauty meets one of the most powerful stories of modern Europe.
[ A PERSONAL INVITATION ]
Two cities. Two very different sides of Germany.
Our journey begins in Regensburg, where Roman history, medieval merchant houses, Gothic towers, and the Danube come together in one beautifully preserved city.
Two cities. Completely different personalities. One remarkable journey.
Then we travel to Nuremberg, crowned by its Imperial Castle. Here, atmospheric streets and Renaissance art sit alongside stories of the Nazi era and the trials that followed World War II.

I'd love to show you what makes each city distinctive — and how, together, they reveal nearly two thousand years of European history.

A NOTE FROM NATALIA
What makes this journey memorable is not simply seeing two cities in one day. It's discovering how differently they tell the story of Germany.
In Regensburg, history feels intimate and woven into everyday life. In Nuremberg, it unfolds on a grander scale. I look forward to sharing both with you.
[ THE EXPERIENCE ]
From Roman Regensburg to imperial Nuremberg.
Our first destination is Regensburg, a city where almost 2,000 years of history surround you. The Romans established a settlement here, and medieval merchants later helped transform it into one of Central Europe's important trading cities.

Together, we'll explore its UNESCO-listed Old Town, with colorful houses, medieval towers, intimate squares, and winding streets. We'll see St. Peter's Cathedral, walk toward the famous Stone Bridge and the Danube, discover traces of Roman Regensburg, and hear about the merchant families who helped shape the city.
Nuremberg’s imperial heart.
Then we continue to Nuremberg, where the magnificent Imperial Castle rises above the Old Town. Here, we'll discover the world of emperors, craftsmen, and Renaissance artist Albrecht Dürer. Our exploration takes us through historic streets and market squares, including Hauptmarkt, Frauenkirche, and the Beautiful Fountain.
A city of beauty and powerful history.
Nuremberg also holds a more difficult chapter of history. The city became the setting for enormous Nazi Party rallies and, after World War II, for the Nuremberg Trials. We'll discuss these events and their significance as part of the city's wider story.

Throughout the day, we'll leave room to enjoy the places around us — whether that means a beautiful view, a photograph, a coffee in an old square, or a taste of something local.
[ MORE THAN SIGHTSEEING ]
Two cities, one journey through time.
My hope is that you'll remember more than the landmarks: the atmosphere of Regensburg beside the Danube, the contrast of Nuremberg's beauty and history, and the small discoveries we make along the way.
