A NOTE FROM NATALIA
Every historic place holds the memory of those who lived here.
Behind the synagogues, old streets, and cemetery are generations of people who built a community, preserved their traditions, and shaped the city around them. Their stories are what make Jewish Prague so meaningful to explore.
[ THE EXPERIENCE ]
Centuries of faith. Extraordinary lives. A legacy that endures.
Our journey follows the history of Prague's Jewish community through the reigns of Bohemian kings and Habsburg emperors, the reforms of Joseph II, and the transformation of the old ghetto. We'll explore the stories of rabbis, merchants, scholars, artists, and families whose lives were closely connected with the history of the city.

We'll also discover the legacy of Rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel, known as the Maharal of Prague, and the enduring legend of the Golem. Along the way, we'll explore the history of the synagogues and the Old Jewish Cemetery, as well as the remarkable architectural changes that shaped the Josefov we see today.
Remembering lives and preserving history.
The Holocaust brought devastating loss to Prague's Jewish community. We'll discuss the fate of families deported from the city, the names of Czech and Moravian victims, and the role of the Jewish Museum in preserving the community's history and cultural heritage.
Discover the stories that matter to you.
Because this is a private tour, we can spend more time on the subjects that interest you most — Jewish traditions, architecture, family history, the Golem legend, the Holocaust, or the wider story of Jewish life in Central Europe.
[ MORE THAN SIGHTSEEING ]
Discover the community behind the monuments.
My hope is that by the end of our walk, you'll see Jewish Prague as more than a collection of historic sites. You'll have a deeper understanding of the people who created this extraordinary community, the challenges they faced, and the cultural legacy that remains part of Prague today.
